1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the CITADEX website, candidate registration portal and recruitment application services.

By creating an account, submitting an application or making an application fee payment, the candidate agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Candidates who do not agree with these terms should not proceed with the application.

2. Nature of Recruitment

CITADEX is a private company conducting recruitment exclusively for its own organizational employment requirements.

CITADEX is not a government recruitment agency, government department, public service commission or government examination authority.

The recruitment process is governed by CITADEX's applicable company policies, published recruitment notifications and applicable Indian laws.

3. Candidate Registration

Candidates must provide accurate, complete and genuine information during registration.

Candidates are responsible for:

• Providing their correct personal details.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
• Keeping their email address and mobile number accessible.
• Updating inaccurate information through permitted procedures.
• Preventing unauthorized access to their accounts.

A candidate must not create duplicate or fraudulent accounts to manipulate the recruitment process.

4. Application and Position Selection

Candidates may select up to 70 eligible recruitment positions in a single application, subject to the applicable recruitment notification and eligibility conditions.

The application fee is ₹100 per selected position.

Candidates must review their selected positions and total application fee before payment.

Submission of an application does not establish eligibility or guarantee qualification.

5. Application Fee

The application fee is collected for processing and administering recruitment applications.

The prescribed fee is ₹100 per position selected.

The fee is not a payment for purchasing employment, obtaining a job offer or guaranteeing selection.

Payment is not a guarantee of:

• Examination qualification.
• Shortlisting.
• Document verification approval.
• Permanent employment.
• Temporary employment.
• An employment contract.

The Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.

6. Payment Processing

CITADEX uses Razorpay as its integrated payment gateway.

Candidates may use the payment methods made available through Razorpay.

Payment is considered successful only after the transaction has been verified by the CITADEX payment system.

Candidates must not share OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs or banking passwords with anyone claiming to represent CITADEX.

7. Examination

Eligible applicants may be required to appear for a Computer-Based Test (CBT).

The examination city and centre will be allotted according to the published recruitment procedures and operational availability.

Candidates must follow the admit card instructions, examination guidelines and centre requirements.

Impersonation, cheating, unfair practices, unauthorized examination assistance or examination misconduct may result in disqualification under applicable rules.

8. Results and Shortlisting

CBT results and shortlisted candidate information will be published on the official CITADEX website.

Candidates may also log in to their candidate accounts to check their individual results and recruitment status.

Qualification in CBT does not constitute final appointment.

9. Document Verification

Candidates who qualify and are shortlisted may be required to undergo document verification.

CITADEX may verify personal identity, educational qualifications, marksheets, certificates, category documents where applicable and other supporting information.

False information, forged documents or material discrepancies may lead to rejection or disqualification in accordance with applicable rules and law.

10. Recruitment Notifications and Dates

CITADEX will publish relevant recruitment schedules, announcements, instructions, examination details, results and document verification information on its official website.

Candidates are responsible for regularly checking the website and their candidate dashboards.

Candidates must comply with the applicable published deadlines and instructions.

11. No Employment Guarantee

Submitting an application and paying the application fee do not create an employment relationship between the candidate and CITADEX.

No permanent or temporary employment contract is created by account registration, application submission, payment, examination attendance, examination qualification or shortlisting alone.

Employment will be governed by a separate duly authorized employment offer and appointment documentation.

12. Right to Verify Information

CITADEX may conduct reasonable checks to establish candidate identity, verify application information, detect fraud and confirm eligibility.

Candidates may be asked to provide additional supporting information where reasonably necessary.

13. Recruitment Changes

CITADEX may modify, postpone, suspend or cancel a recruitment process, subject to applicable law and its published recruitment terms.

Any material changes will be communicated through the official website.

Any resulting payment or refund obligations will be handled under the published refund policy and applicable law.

14. Prohibited Conduct

Candidates must not:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Upload forged or altered documents.
• Impersonate another individual.
• Manipulate examination systems.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the portal.
• Misuse another candidate's account.
• Interfere with recruitment operations.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CITADEX shall not be liable for interruptions caused by third-party network failures, payment-provider outages or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights.

16. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, logos, software, recruitment materials and other proprietary content belong to CITADEX or their respective rights holders. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, subject to applicable statutory rights and jurisdiction rules.
