Website: https://citadex.in
Effective Date: 03 November 2026
1. General Policy
CITADEX charges an application fee of ₹100 per recruitment position selected by a candidate.
The application fee is collected for the administration and processing of recruitment applications.
Once an application fee payment has been successfully completed and confirmed, it is non-refundable, subject to applicable Indian laws and the exceptions described in this policy.
2. Application Fee Structure
| Description | Amount |
|---|---|
| Fee per selected position | ₹100 |
| Maximum positions per application | 70 |
| Maximum basic application fee | ₹7,000 |
The final payable amount will be displayed before the candidate proceeds to payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The application fee will not ordinarily be refunded merely because:
- A candidate is found ineligible.
- A candidate does not qualify in CBT.
- A candidate is not shortlisted.
- A candidate fails document verification.
- A candidate provides incorrect or incomplete information.
- A candidate withdraws the application.
- A candidate does not attend the examination.
- A candidate does not comply with recruitment instructions.
- A candidate is not selected for employment.
- A candidate changes their mind after successful payment.
4. Duplicate Payments
If a candidate is charged more than once for the same application or positions because of a duplicate transaction, CITADEX will investigate the transaction records.
Confirmed duplicate collections will be addressed through the applicable refund or payment-reversal procedure.
5. Failed Transactions
If a candidate's account is debited but the payment is marked failed, pending or unsuccessful, the candidate should first check the transaction status and contact CITADEX support with the payment reference.
Confirmed failed transactions involving an actual debit will be handled through the applicable payment-system and banking procedures.
6. Incorrect Payment Amounts
Where an incorrect amount is collected because of a verified technical or payment-processing error, CITADEX will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider procedures.
7. Recruitment Postponement or Cancellation
If a recruitment process is postponed, modified or cancelled, CITADEX will publish an official announcement.
The treatment of fees in such circumstances will be determined according to the circumstances, published recruitment terms and applicable legal requirements. Nothing in this policy removes any refund or other remedy required by law.
8. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved or legally required:
- Refunds will ordinarily be initiated through Razorpay.
- The original payment method will ordinarily be used.
