1. Payment Gateway

CITADEX uses Razorpay as its authorized integrated payment gateway, subject to the merchant account's approval and continued authorization.

2. Application Fee

The application fee is ₹100 per selected recruitment position.

Candidates may select up to 70 eligible positions in a single application.

The maximum basic application fee is ₹7,000.

3. Payment Calculation

The application fee is calculated as follows:

Number of selected positions × ₹100.

The portal will calculate and display the amount before payment.

Any applicable tax or additional charge must be disclosed separately before checkout.

4. Payment Methods

Payment methods will be displayed at Razorpay checkout according to the payment options enabled for the CITADEX merchant account.

5. Payment Confirmation

An application payment will be marked successful only after appropriate verification of the Razorpay payment response.

CITADEX may verify:

• Razorpay order ID.
• Payment ID.
• Payment signature.
• Payment amount.
• Transaction status.
• Payment reference.

6. Application Confirmation

After successful payment verification, the candidate's application payment status will be updated.

A payment receipt or confirmation will be made available according to the portal's functionality.

7. Payment Security

CITADEX does not request candidates' UPI PINs, OTPs, CVVs or banking passwords.

Candidates should complete payments only through the official CITADEX website and authorized Razorpay checkout.

8. Payment Disputes

Payment-related complaints must be submitted through the official CITADEX support channel with the relevant transaction reference.

9. Refunds

All refund requests will be handled according to the CITADEX Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable Indian laws.

10. Payment Gateway Independence

Razorpay is a payment service provider. It does not conduct CITADEX recruitment, determine candidate eligibility, conduct recruitment examinations or make employment decisions.
